As part of Heller’s Team Consulting Project (TCP), I worked with a team of MBA students to support The Samfund, a nonprofit organization providing financial assistance and support to young adults affected by cancer. Our team partnered with the organization to better understand challenges related to volunteer management and developed recommendations to strengthen its systems as the organization continued to grow.
