Exploring complexity, context, and the systems that shape how we understand people and organizations.

Philosophy

The challenges people and organizations face rarely exist in isolation. They are shaped by history, systems, relationships, assumptions, and the environments around them. Compass & Context explores these connections to better understand complexity, identify patterns, and create clearer paths forward.
